The calculator and other information here are estimates and general information, not a prediction, promise or professional advice. You use them at your own judgement.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are "from" prices, excluding VAT where VAT applies. We confirm the price and scope with you in writing before any work starts. That written proposal is what we agree to.

30-day pilot

The pilot lets you try the system in your business for 30 days. If you keep it, the pilot price is deducted from the setup fee. If you don't, you only pay the pilot price.

Running costs

Phone numbers, texts and AI voice minutes are billed at cost to your own accounts with those providers.

Ownership

Once the setup fee is paid, the system we build for you is yours. Third-party tools stay under their own terms.

Your data

We work under the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you before we handle your customers' data. See our privacy policy for how we handle data on this site.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in.
